Formulation R&D

Qualification:  M. Pharm(Pharmaceutics).

Exp: Upto 2-years in formulations research and development department.

Requirements:

  1. Literature search.
  2. Better to have Experience in development of Solids& Injectables.
  3. Worked for regulated markets(US, Europe, Australia, Canada etc.)
  4. Should have Technology transfer exposure.
  5. Should have knowledge in Stability studies.
  6. Active command in English with good spoken communication skills.
  7. Adequate knowledge of software and computer tools.

Chemistry Analytical R&D

Qualification:   Any Chemistry or Analytical Post graduate, M.Sc. Organic chemistry is preferable.

Exp: 5-7 years in Analytical API, Analytical support to Synthetic lab/Discovery, Intermediates etc.

Requirements:

  1. Method development and Handling of HPLC analysis for purity determination of a compound/ intermediate.
  2. Method development and Handling of Preparative HPLC analysis for isolation of an impurity or any compound whose purity cannot be obtained by Synthesis chemistry lab.
  3. Injecting sample into Waters Micromass instrument with and without using HPLC column.
  4. Method development and Handling of HPLC-MS analysis for purity determination of a compound/ intermediate/impurity.
  5. Melting point Range determination.

API Associate-Scientist

Qualification:  M.Sc. Organic chemistry.

Exp: At least 5 years in reputed pharmaceutical company.

Requirements:

  1. He should have developed process research for at least 3 APIs at GMP level.
  2. Good Professional track records.
  3. Should have good knowledge on APIs, DMF filings.
  4. RM casting, Route scouting.
  5. Good Knowledge on analytical skills for problem solving.

Business Development (Formulation - International Market)

Qualification:  M.Tech/M.Pharm/MBA.

Exp: 5+ years.

Requirements:

  1. Lead generation and lead closure for Formulation Development.
  2. Key Accounts Management (Driving the project, milestone tracking, handling client queries).
  3. Drafting, reviewing and managing MSA/MDA (Master Service Agreement/ Master Development Agreement & CDAs).
  4. Coordinating with technical / project management team to draft proposals based on RFQs, RFIs.
  5. Managing marketing collateral (website, brochures, corporate presentation).
  6. Participating in national/ international business conferences to increase the visibility and reach.
  7. Creating Brand awareness through social media marketing.
  8. Following Cold Calling/Email Marketing methods to reach potential prospects.
  9. Devising estimate, scope, timeline and man-power involved for acquired projects.
  10. Develop and implement business development strategies with the team to achieve annual sales target.
